Now on to the shop and show cars. The thing about shop/show cars is that nothing really stands out after while. I mean, yes they are great builds from top to bottom, but when they are all parked together at a show, its doesn’t seem all the impressive anymore. It would be like seeing an ITR on the freeway compared to seeing an ITR at Eibach. Of course at every show you always see that one car that does stand out from the crowd and that will be the car you talk about after the show.
Danny with his Lamborghini Orange track Evo
This is insane. Just seeing it was impressive enough.
This was one of those cars that stood out. The Road Race Eclipse with the rear mount turbo.
To be honest, this event was actually the first time ever seeing one of these Lancer Wagon/Hatches. They don’t look awesome to me, but they certain do have a flare about them. Of course, I’d still take a STI wagon over it anyday.
Ice cream sandwich cookie thing. One of the lunch trucks (Coolhaus….I think) had these. They said the wrapping was edible….I was unsure about that. It tasted well….like paper. The ice was good along with the cookies. <—didn’t eat lunch
Password JDM Evolutions
I thought this was pretty cute.
If you’re thinking “I don’t remember the grass being green” well you’re right. I just photoshopped it green. Why? Because I can.
That’s all for MOD 2010. I did take more pictures, but even I get sick looking through this pictures. “Oh look an Evo…and another and another, Evo, Evo, Evo.” It pretty dull looking at 100 Evos that look about the same.
