Radwood 2019

Radwood has been on my radar ever since it pop up. I always thought it was about time we got an event that was centered around 80s and 90s cars. Matt and I finally found the chance to go this year. The event took place at this remote park in Orange County and I had my doubts at first because it just seemed like the effort for location scouting was low effort. Fortunately, I was wrong and the location was perfect. It completely captured the vibe of the event with this old camp-like venue reminiscent of those slasher flicks.

The mix of cars are nice and I’m glad they spaced out the cars a bit for both traffic flow and easy shooting. I was a bit surprised to see people leaving as we arrived within the first hour of the event or running back out to grab some cash because no one mention anything about the parking fee considering the admission fee.
