I’m finally back around to posting some fresh content. It’s been pretty busy around here as in June, I spent most of the month out town traveling around the States. Last year I planned out a trip with Matt to cover the annual Bonneville Speed Week event, but it suffered from heavy rains and ended up cancelling the event. This year I planned out a trip to the annual Pikes Peak International Hill Climb and while we expected some heavy rain and thunderstorms, it was a rain or shine event. While we were out there it was fine up until half way through the race it started pour rain and then some hail and even snow toward the top. Then they halted the race and made some changes to the event, but I’ll get more into it when I make the post for it. Aside from all the recent stuff, I’ve been prepping for some upcoming events and hopefully get back to a more regular schedule for upcoming content.
First up is some cool stuff I saw at EAF Anaheim. It was a very hot that day so Matt and I just made a round through the show and checked out the drifting for a bit.
Nothing too outlandish with this classic Honda Civic wagon; it’s almost similar to a typical VW build, but the integrated light bar into the bar looks great.
Turbo Civic on bronze Volk RacingTE37s
Christmas colors Evo X
Luigi Arroyo’s J’s RacingwidebodyS2000
SR20 powered Datsun 510
Moving onto San Diego’s EAF, I went at a much later hour so it was nice and cool.
Most people don’t like the Suzuka blue S2000, but it’s mostly because of their hideous all blue interior. This one is making it work pretty well.
Beautiful CRX
Gene Abutin’s RX7 is always a pleasant sight.
I love VIP builds that go all out and get full LED tail lights.
I personally like Rio Yellow S2000s the best because it seems to be one of the rarer colors.
Ending EAF coverage this year with a shot of Warren G who was playing live at EAF San Diego. Thanks for reading.
