Last weekend, Tim and I paid a visit to TAG Motorsports’ in Vista for their grand opening event. While their location is new, their name is not – in fact, I find it odd I don’t know more about them considering their old shop was just down the street from where I live. If you’ve been to the HRE Wheels warehouse in the same area, then you can easily find the new TAG facility because it is just around the corner. They are a top notch, one-stop shop for high-end performance parts, accessories and the labor/technical service to put it all together.
Beautiful E36…
The now infamous Liberty Walk E91 wagon…
The new 911 (991) Turbo S, which I have never seen before . I can’t say that I adored the wheels, but the car is a beauty…
McLaren MP4-12C, as well as a Lamborghini Aventador to the immediate right…
This GT spec Gallardo LP-570 from Global Motorsports Group was amazing to see.
…Along with this GT R8, although we did get to check this out at the SEMA show last year.
Fancy exhaust components at the GMG booth…
Couple of Ferraris on site…
Audi TT RS inside the TAG service bays…
Tim and I thought this was pretty cool. Instead of painting it, this design is actually printed directly onto the tire. Obviously the background color of the printed section makes this apparent, but the concept is really cool. Instead of just using a stencil and paint, the options and possibilities with a printed design are only at the mercy of the printer itself.
Beautiful Audi wagon…
Back in another loading dock, we found this ACR Viper…
Special thanks to TAG Motorsports for having us at the event! We wish you success in the new location and look forward to seeing more of them in the future!
Thanks for reading!
