Mooneyes is a machine shop located in Santa Fe Springs specializing in hot rods and motorcycles. The open house event was something I discovered while I was at Mitsubishi North America covering MOD 2013 and decided at the last minute I could probably cover another event. So I did manage to cover the last bit of the event as I arrived and there was still quite a number of highly unique vehicles present.

Not really sure how I would describe this car to someone after seeing it.

This Corvette is named the BUBLRAY as it features a Jetson-like bubble top.

It is for sale with a price tag of $125K.

Couple of cars in progress of work were sitting inside the shop.

This Celica did stand out amongst the crowds of classic American cars.
