The annual JCCS show has been one of those staples in Socal car culture because classic Japanese car specific shows are not too common. The show has opened up to some the classics from the 80s and 90s now so I think attendance will keep increasing since there’s potentially new cars every year. When I first came to this show maybe 10+ years ago, it was such a laid back vibe and now it’s crazy packed with people. There was a massive line along the main road which means JCCS is doing as well as ever. I got there fairly early to be met with a lovely backdrop of the city covered in fog.

The new Nismo Z looked fantastic. The new front really fixes the issues I had with the original design with the massive front grill and made it significantly more visually interesting.

Team Wildcards had this beautiful KenMeri GTR. I think I’ve seen it before, but it looks like there has been some changes since I last saw it.

The vendor area had some pretty interesting classic cars in the line up like the FuguZ.

The Super Street FRS. I think I last saw this back in 2013 when it was making it’s rounds at event like SEMA.

This 3 door Landcruiser was cool to see. I don’t think we ever got these in the States, so it’s probably imported.

Mazda also brought their line up of old race cars like the 787 usually only seen at Sevenstock.
