This is the first time I have ever heard of the Orange County Auto Show since its overshadowed by the LA Auto Show. There was quite a bit promotion for it and it was pushing the fact that there would be Gumpert Apollo there which is quite a sight to see. It was rather interesting show with a nice mix of aftermarket and new factory cars. Matt and I decided it seemed worth checking out so we spent a Friday snapping some shots.
Starting off with the aftermarket section. We got to snap some shots of the car before the crowds started to surround the cars.
Sharp looking red Chevy Camaro
Classic Datsun 240Z
Rally Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X by Rockford Fosgate
Honda Del Sol modified in a very purist manner. Properly built without all stupid knick knacks and doodads people are slapping on their cars these days.
Several DUB style cars representing at the Astanti booth.
Apollo Dulay’s Mitsubishi 3000GT at the Asanti booth. Competing for the $1000 from best Astani car.
Quite an extensive amount of work put into his car.
Some BMWs with some big wheels.
Track Honda S2000
Lexus GS with some VIP styling
Sporty Yellow and Black Porsche
Nissan 370Z sitting on a set of HRE wheels
5Axis Scion tC/
More cars from the show soon.
