A few weeks back I attended the Hot Wheels Legends event in Temecula, CA, which marked the official San Diego stop on the tour (despite it being around 40 miles away, and in another county…)

I had to be up in Temecula later that same morning anyway, so I just left a little earlier to check it out. By around 9, the event was already packed with lots of people and a wide gamut of creative vehicles.

Obligatory Civic Type R appearance…

I loved this classic Celica. It had such a simple but cohesive scheme that just works so well. Nothing over the top, but still looked unique and aggressive.
