Toyotafest this year was quite a rushed one. I had such a good time last year, I was unquestionably going to attend this year. Due to the misinformation on the Facebook event, I was mislead that the event was planned to end at 5PM; however found out at 2:30PM that the event was to end at 3PM. Problem was that I got a call from one of my buddies at the show telling me this info…as I was rolling in to the parking lot. So the coverage was a bit on the rushed side. I quickly made my rounds and said my hellos, but I really didn’t get a good look at the cars which was disappointing. It was evident the cars were not as impressive as last year.
I snapped this in the parking lot.
Some wicked aero on this Lexus GS.
I found Lexus CT Hybrid interesting. Very aggressive kit and styling.
A few Starlets up front, but quickly passes by them to see the rest of them show.
Turbo. 😀
Pretty clean TC. Surprisingly more Scions this year.
This xB stood out to me. A little different and still clean.
One of the new Scion tCs. The wheels on it are pretty popular among Toyota enthusiasts.
Nicely swapped.
Jay’s Yaris. Its been a while since I’ve seen it, but looks like there’s been some nice additions to it. Like this supercharger.
Bosozoku. I’m a big fan of the trend, but one is not quite there yet. I like seeing people going for something different from the typical scene here.
Loving this.
Ed with his MKIII Supra.
I remember seeing this 5Zigen Supra at Mass Appeal at Irwindale. Wicked awesome car with 90s styling.
