It was one of your typical hot days in Texas where the norm hits 100 degrees. Tim came out for a visit and we found the LS Fest venue to be conveniently close. Thankfully, the events were scheduled late in the day and into the night to avoid the sweltering sun, but it was still pretty hot nonetheless. This is our first venture to check out the car scene out in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Some things felt the same as any car event in Cali, while other things were a little different. Since it is a festival celebrating all LS, your collection of Camaros and Corvettes were in troves, but the true stars were the unique builds that take that amazing LS motor and stick it into something else. After all, it is one of the most commonly used motors for swaps. And seeing them in just about everything, including a Kei truck, is quite fun
