The Honda Meet 2022

Words by Tim Wong

Doing a bit of catching up with some events that I covered but haven’t had much time to post up. The annual Honda Meet formerly the Eibach Honda Meet was back this year at the Storm Stadium in Lake Elsinore. Another hot event, but some nice Honda builds as usual. Some new and some that have been around and nice to see again.

RS Future Amir’s time attack K24 powered NSX. It’s always interesting to see all the new updates since this car is constantly getting worked on.

You can see all the crazy parts through the rear window like the carbon fiber intake manifold.

All the exposed underside is so cool to see.

I love seeing EKs because of these amazing EK builds. The only reason I haven’t been interested in getting one is because I already have an EG.

I’ve always like builds like this CRX because it’s like a restomod and retains the “spirit” of the car. Classic, but improved with newer technology.

Rare to see 1st gen CRX builds and this two tone looks fantastic.

I really liked this S2000. The Voltex bumper might be my favorite S2000 bumper.

Advan RGIIs are such a classic look.

Work RSZ-Rs used to be my favorite wheel. They’re pretty hard to come by these days, but I’m glad to see people still holding on them.

Ending with this perfect S14 in the parking lot.
