This year’s Eibach moved from Lake Elsinore to Fontana for the purpose of a bigger venue to handle the massive turn out every year. I can’t say if it worked or how great it was this year really because I got there in the afternoon probably a few hours left in the event time, but seems like as I was walking through, more and more cars were leaving. I didn’t get a chance to see the show at it’s peak after driving from San Pedro which was literally across town. In terms of awesome new cars, I can’t say I saw anything. It seemed like the usual crowd I’ve seen over and over again. At least the lack of crowds and nice weather made for the easy photo taking.
I’ve already seen the new Type R, but seeing it next to the Civic Si was a good side by side comparison. Personally, I really like the new Si’s simple design versus the overly aggressive Type R styling.
Phil Robles’ time attack Civic
The Eibach EG Civic featuring their fancy Multi-Pro-R2 coilover suspension.
Haven’t seen Big Mike’s Prelude since it’s debut last year at SEMA which was the last real big show I went to.
Rywire ITR
Amir Bentatou’s new DC2 project
Really great Mugen themed Civic
