This particular Cars and Coffee morning, I arrived later than expect and apparently missed a good amount of the crowds and cars. On the down side, I missed a couple million dollars worth of cars, but on the upside, there was tons of room to shoot the remaining cars. There were some rare cars that I haven’t really had a chance to shoot before so it nice to see something different.
Nissan Skyline GTR R33 isn’t the most common sight here.
Classic Fiat 500 along with the new modern Fiat 500.
The special treat of the day was one of the rarest cars I have seen, the Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. There were only 500 of these produced which makes it rare sight. All the aside, I have never really been a fan of Alfa Romeos. The designs are very unconventional and bold which is something to set them apart from most manufacturers, but at the same time, the designs are awkward and I would even say ugly due to the lack of cohesiveness of the whole car.
The circular rear window is pretty unique to this car which only really works on this car due to the bodylines, no other car would have something like it.
The classic Alfa Romeo front end is something I never found attractive with the pointy front end.
