This past weekend was full of different events, the highlights being the Japanese Classic Car Show (JCCS) in Long Beach and Dubfest in Los Angeles — we will have extended coverage on both soon. In the meantime, enjoy some quick coverage from last Saturday’s Cars & Coffee in Irvine. Since we go to this meet often, and several of the cars are the same each week, I’ll try to point out the most noteworthy vehicles, or vehicles that follow the meet’s “theme”.
This week, a bunch of classic Volkswagens were on display.

This Audi R8 is usually in attendance, but for some reason the soft lighting and the contrast made it stand out a little more.
Awesome Z32 (300ZX) build. Very clean!
Bent-wood roof rack on another bug.
Fell in love with this 997, sporting the GT3-R exhaust and graphite Work Meister wheels.
Triumph TR6 roadster. My co-worker owns one, so this just happened to catch my eye.
Loved the interior of this mid-90s Cadillac. Notice the LCD gauges and stacked center panel. Just awesome!
Hennessey’s supercharged AND twin turbocharged Ford “GT 1000”.
The new Mercedes-Benz CLS. Pure class…
There’s always a few bikes in attendance. Love this late 90s Ducati Supersport!
That’s it for this one. More coverage on it’s way…stay tuned…
As always, I love the r8 =)
My two favorite pics are the GT3-R wheel and the Ford GT1000 valve cover…. keep up the good work! –Eric @ boostMD
