People always ask me if I shoot weddings when they hear I’m a photographer which always gets me thinking whether or not I wanted to move in that direction. The thing about being a photographer is that you get to highlight those precious moments in life for the people who cherish them most. So when Kristen and Mike presented me with an offer to shoot their wedding, I was rather nervous, but I’m sure photographer feels that way about their first wedding. After shooting a wedding, everything else seems rather boring. I will definitely be looking in to shoot more weddings in the future.
For a first time run, I thought it went pretty good, of course there’s always room for improvement. I was shoot for the brides side while another photographer was shooting for the Groom’s side so the pictures are rather one sided.
