This semester I’ve been taking a Sculpture class. So far its been pretty chill and fun making some interesting stuff since I have one of those art teachers that let you express yourself more freely. So this past week I’ve been working on making a soft sculpture which is pretty much a sculpture that is soft. Pretty self explanatory, but it can be anything from balloons to plushies. For the longest time, I couldn’t decide on what to make and was busy with another project: my bronze mask. Finally decided on making a plushie of the cat bus from Totoro. Spent hours on making it, but ending leaving out a few details here on there, but the piece is evident of what it is. 100% handmade. Everything is hand cut and stitched.
The focus is a bit off as I was using manual focus in the dark. If I had a higher end flash, it would have auto focus assist.
