Hatch Ball

Last Saturday, I went up to LA to check out the Hatch Ball meet at Super Auto Toys (again…). I wasn’t expecting much since it was an auto toys meet, but man was it dead. I rolled in an hour late and there was less then 20 cars there. I walked around a bit; more cars rolled in and more cars rolled out. It wasn’t because nobody showed up, it more like no one wanted to stick around because there was nothing to do. I filled up a couple hours shoot cars, then started doing rolling shots. I walked around the store for a bit even though there’s nothing to look at. At some point, I even left with some friends and went to Huntington Beach to take pictures and walk around (I have pictures of that too, I’ll post later).

So here we are.

Man, I thought this guy might have been JDM EGO since he was rocking a bunch of stickers and illest plates. The Evo IX even looks like it with the ARC intercooler and the Voltex wing just lacking some stickers and splitters.

Oh and Panda rolled through with his Evo buddies after they went to Cars and Coffee. I have no idea why anyone would even want to go to Super Auto Toys. I wish I went to Cars and Coffee instead.

When they guys rolled up, I felt like I was watching F&F. Crazy assorted colors rolling in at the same time and they all get out at the same time. XD
